Hi, I’m Rashida — integrative health and life coach, author, 200-hour certified yoga teacher, certified in plant-based nutrition, and a lifelong learner.
The Self-Love Vault was born out of my own healing journey — a journey that has included brain surgery, breast cancer recovery, motherhood, burnout, and a deep spiritual awakening. Through it all, I’ve come to understand that true healing isn’t just about what you eat or how much you exercise. It’s about how you live, how you think, how you love, and how you care for yourself — every day, in every moment.
As an integrative health and life coach, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, minds, and inner truth. My approach blends physical wellness with emotional healing, spiritual awareness, and intentional living. We don’t just talk about goals — we create space for transformation. We work from the inside out.
